Everything was created and done by foreigners so everything these foreigners deed were illegal and invalid against the rule of International Law! Fight legally Sovereignty of West Papua(West New Guinea/Netherlands New Guinea) in the United Nations! From United Nations Sovereignty was illegally taken by Foreigners from the same office of the United Nations in the United Nations International Court of Justice under International rule of Law its shall legally Fight and they shall legally return West Papua(West New Guinea/Netherlands New Guinea) they shall legally return West Papua Sovereignty!
West Papua Sovereign People themselves do not want any more under Colonial power and do not want to be Integrated nor to be part of an Independent State-Indonesia. The West Papua Sovereign People choice (self-determination) was Independence and freedom from Colonial rule. And the Independence choice-freedom and Independence from Netherlands/ Dutch Colony was approved and celebrated on December 1,1961 with the raising of their Morning Star Flag and the singing of the National Anthem. And these Independence from Netherlands/Dutch Colony, the Netherlands/Dutch did not conducted any Referendum/ Voting with the West Papua People either Referendum/ Voting/ Plebiscite by 1.
Free association with an Independent State or 2.Integration into an Independent State according to United Nations Resolution 1541-1960. If ever West Papua wanted to be Integrated with an Independent State-Netherlands/Dutch the condition was if ”
The integrating territory (West Papua) should have attained an advanced stage of self-government with free political institutions, so that its people(West Papua Sovereign People) would have the capacity to make a responsible choice through informed and democratic processes.”
West Papua choice was Independence as was under ongoing process of 73e for full measure of Self-Government and full/ Complete Independence. West Papua Self-Government should first be attained before integration with an Independent State will take place. So when they reach the stage of full measure of Self-Government with free political decision and they understand what Integration they are entering to and have responsible decision about integration with an Independent State and if they want to be integrated with an Independent State then that was the time Referendum will be conducted but West Papua did not even choose to be integrated nor associated with an Independent State-Netherlands/ Dutch even much more to choose to be integrated nor associated with and Independent State-Indonesia.
West Papua choice and wanted was FREEDOM AND INDEPENDENCE. Integration with an Independent State-Indonesia. was completely rejected. West Papua did not freely choose to be under United Nations Secretary-General Administration nor even choose under the administration of Indonesia. It was all foreigners who choose for West Papua Sovereign People and Sovereign Territory to be under Colonialism/Domination. West Papua Sovereign People did not freely choose to be under United Nations Secretary-General Administration nor even choose under the administration of Indonesia and West Papua did not choose Referendum 1969.
West Papua under United Nations Secretary-General Administration approved by the United Nations General Assembly and West Papua under Indonesia Administration was their foreign Colonialism choice and decision. The implementation of Colonial New York Treaty,Colonial Rome Agreement, Colonial and Illegal businesses backed up by Colonial United Nations Resolution 1572 and 2504 were all Colonialism/Domination and they were all foreign choice and foreign made treaty and agreement and foreign made decision over West Papua Sovereign People and over West Papua Sovereign Territory. Of course Colonialism were without consent,without authorization and without approval and ratification of West Papua Sovereign People, New Guinea Council and New Guinea Parliaments (West Papua). West Papua completely rejected and against their will the administration and Referendum/Voting 1969 of an Independent State-Indonesia and against Integration with the Independent State-Indonesia because they choose Independence and Freedom from Colonialism. Referendum 1969 was illegal not because out of 800,000 population only 1,026 have voted.
It was not illegal because it was by threat and by force. Because Referendum should have not taken place at all.but West Papua (West New Guinea/Netherlands New Guinea) 73e process should be the one have been processed by the United Nations and the Netherlands administration. Before Referendum/Voting 1969 will take place integration requirement must take place first “The integrating territory should have attained an advanced stage of self-government with free political institutions,so that its peoples would have the capacity to make a responsible choice through informed and democratic processes” and.the decision and freely choice/wish first of the Sovereign People of West Papua if they wanted to be integrated and be part of Independent State-Indonesia before Referendum/ Voting for Integration to an Independent State-Indonesia that was the time if West Papua needed help from the United Nations ,that was the only time the United Nations will help or enter if deemed necessary but West Papua chose Independence under Decolonization for full measure of Independence reinstated not July 1,1971.
The Illegal removing of West Papua (Netherlands New Guinea/West New Guinea) membership of Non-Self governing Territories of Canberra Agreement of South Pacific Island since 1947 and was removed from the list of Decolonization/Independence/Self-Government process in the United Nations by Indonesian official in the year 2010. West Papua history was completely different from East Timor. Referendum is not the solution but legal justice against Colonialism.
Colonialism was illegal under International Law for invading an already a Nationally independent Sovereign State since December 1,1961 from Dutch Colony under process of 73e process of Self-Government and full Independence and reinstated their Independence on July 1,1971 for full Independence and full Self-Government decision/Self-determination.
