DO NOT INTERFERE : Justice Delayed is Justice Denied

Why is this case has remained suppressed by the judiciary?

by admin
Police Commisioner is supposed to arrest JM after Yafai has clearly pointed to him as the one executing orders for the relaese of all these monies in tune of K162M whilst he is awaiting sentencing.
If the Police Comissioner is perverting the course of justice for refusing to arrest PMJM then he is breaking the law so why cant the CJ or DJC or any judges for that matter issue a warrant of arrest for the Police Commissioner for perverting or interfering with course of justice when he can’t simply perform his consututional duties.
If Justice is seen to be delayed here for no good reasons, then it’s simply means justice denied by the executioners of law.
It’s amazing to find this case again, making its way to the registry for listing. It’s not a new case, and it’s supposed to be progressing.
Some legal eyes should explain why of such delays ?
Even the lady judge, Berrigan, who convicted Paraka, decided to stay away from paraka case following Yafai on foot.
She said she was threatened, but the good judge didn’t explain where the treat is coming from.
Whether the threat is coming from the judiciary or from others outside the courts, especially politicians, is not known.
Papua New Guineans want to see the end to this case.
Peter O’Neill was blamed on this case and costed his seat, but the court only found him not guilty and cleared from the courts. He willingly surrended to police for investigation.
So why can’t PMJM do the same and clear his name.
They can’t hide, the Judges and Police have seen evidence of JM and DP footprints that remain visible to this day.
Consitutional office holders are subjected to the rule of law, and therefore, PNG demands justice on paraka cases!
Paul Paraka has not acted alone. His accomplishes must face justice, too. The money he fraudulently stole belongs to our citizens.
